Permagreen has been providing Commercial-Property Grounds Maintenance since 1982. What sets Permagreen aside from most maintenance contractors? All of our customers get a free service that offers them total landscape care and maintenance with a proactive approach to their overall landscaping care. This makes their lives easier as we provide them with a long-range plan to manage their landscape.

When you become a Permagreen customer, we do a complete landscape evaluation of your property. We take a comprehensive look at your property condition. The evaluation includes all lawn areas, landscaping beds and plantings, trees, edging, retaining walls and other features of the landscape. We issue a report on all conditions we see to serve as a starting point. Any issues and the immediacy of those issues will be noted.

From that list, we will generate a list of recommendations that will improve, enhance and increase the value of the property. Many of these items may be long-term improvements that are not immediate but should be taken care of some time in the future. We will also list an estimated cost of repairs and replacements. This will give the property owner/manager a good evaluation of the overall conditions, a preview of things that may be needed and approximate costs so that a budget can be established for landscape improvements for the future.

This is a free service to all of our customers and there is no obligation by the customer to follow the recommendations. However should you hire Permagreen to make any property landscape improvements we will warranty those improvements for as long as Permagreen remains as your service provider. If we replace your shrubs, we replace them free if they die before their anticipated life expectancy is reached.

Each year this evaluation will be updated. This will keep the evaluation current, allow the owner to see what issues have been taken care of, set up a long-term landscaping plan and continually update long-term budgets. Click here to see an example of a small property evaluation.
