Account Management - A manager oversees each account and is accessible by cell phone at all times to address customer concerns
- Each team is directly supervised by a manager or supervisor at all times
- Each account will have one team member who is assigned to check for completion and quality of workmanship against documented requirements before leaving the job site each time
- Services will be provided only by team members who are trained and qualified to perform the services required
- Our team members are local residents who take pride in their work and the appearance of your property
- Specialists/technicians will be used to provide services that require the knowledge and training that requires formal education and training to be licensed or otherwise qualified to perform those operations
- A monthly report is available to the property manager or representatives updating the property general conditions, tasked performed in the last month and scheduled tasks for the upcoming month. Any potential problems seen will be highlighted and suggestions for actions will be listed
- A written response be given along with an action plan for any requests, issues or concerns
- The account manager will meet with the board representatives or landscape committee on a regular basis to insure ongoing communications
